3Dプリンターとsimplify3Dの接続について

お世話になります。
誤ってsimplify3Dをアンインストールしてしまい、
再度インストールしなおし最新ファームウェアに更新をしました。
ですが、コントロールパネルのConnectを押しても下記のステータスが表示され接続ができなくなってしまい、クイックスタートガイドの「正常に接続されない場合は」を参考にしても改善ができませんでした。
どのように対処すればよいでしょうか…
